🍵 Balance & Bloom Herbal Tea Ritual
A Sacred Daily Ceremony for Mind, Body & Soul

🌿 Step 1: Set Your Space
Before brewing, pause. Breathe deeply. Light a candle or burn a little sage or palo santo. Play soft music if you wish. Let this be your moment.
🌿 Step 2: Boil with Intention
Bring fresh spring or filtered water to a gentle boil.
Place 1 heaping tsp of Balance and Bloom in your infuser or tea pot. As the water heats, softly speak this affirmation: “I return to balance. I allow myself to bloom.”
🌿 Step 3: Steep & Surrender
Pour the hot water over your herbs. Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes. During this time, close your eyes. Place your hands over your heart or womb space. Breathe in the healing aroma. Imagine golden light flowing through your body.
🌿 Step 4: Sip with Gratitude
As you sip, repeat one of the following intentions: “With each sip, I nourish my nervous system.” “My body knows how to heal.” “I am rooted, I am soft, I am strong.”
🌿 Step 5: Daily Bloom Practice (Optional)
Journal for 5 minutes or stretch for 10. This tea works best when paired with self-reflection, gentle movement, or rest.
